Grass Roots Inc. started to grow
its “roots” in 1988 through a partnership of two brother’s (Dave and Steve Quillen). From this humble
beginning, they setout to provide consistent, dependable and quality lawn and landscape services.
Business has
grown by customer referrals and adherance to these founding hallmarks. The owners are graduates of Brandywine College and
Widner University, with various degrees in Business and Education. They both attended Brandywine High School and reside
in Northern Brandywine Hundred. In 2005 David Strauss a graduate of Mount Pleasant High School and Delaware Technical and
Community College with a degree in Management Marketing joined the business as Steve’s son-in-law and is the General
Manager of Grass Roots Inc.
In 2007, after five years of designing, installing and servicing
irrigation systems, Grass Roots Inc. started Rain Maker Irrigation Services, LLC. We are proud to have maintained the trust
of our clients and are devoted to developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them. Our goal is to provide
you with the best products, services and technical support. We use only quality components in our installations.
As our population grows, the demands on our water resources rise and our supplies of water are dwindling.
Water conservation is growing in importance, and Rain Maker Irrigation Services has assembled a family of products that make
it possible for you to create a more efficient system of maintaining your turf and landscape.
Celebrating our 20th
year in 2008, Grass Roots Inc services residential and commercial clients from southern Chester County to Middletown, Delaware.
